My complaint:
On 030322 I ordered through the drive through two catfish and shrimp combos with 2 extra pieces of FISH. One order had only 2 fish,2 tenders, 3 shrimp and the other order had 3 tenders, 3 shrimp and NO FISH. The manager argued he heard me SAY Surf and Turf but I NEVER USED THOSE WORDS just FISH AND SHRIMP. The manager named Javier hung up on me! The clerk was haven’t trouble understanding my order and I was willing to forgive the error but Javier was beyond RUDE.
Suggested solution:
Javier should apologize and understand the employees can make mistakes when they are repeating orders. I don’t care to ever go there again as long as he’s (Javier) still working there.
