My complaint:
GM works as a salaries manager as requires at minimum 50 work hours in store to be completed. However as an employee she is rarely there. Only on Truck ordering days and Inventory days. Other Managers and Team Members can agree that she is not completing hours and makes everyone not appreciate the working or showing up as she rarely even shows up her times schedule.
Team members feel the need to smoke marijuana in the store bathrooms, extended their break time, and be on their phones and chit chat during store peak hours or at all.
Suggested solution:
Store needs to be in a Corporate Investigation as the GM is committing money fraud and store needs to be re-evaluated and retrained for the people of the company and customers who spend money at the store
