My complaint:
I came with my friend to have lunch at
Golden chicken. We ordered chicken salad and 4 rolls.
After we finish eating, We ordered another 4 rolls for to go.
Luckily, we opened to eat while at dining.
We start eating the breads and noticed it was partially baked.
We informed the person who served us called Teresa..
In this store we have been served badly couple of times in regard to customer care.

My chicken wasn’t even warm. The okra tasted like it was fried in old grease and sat for a long time. Then tasted like it was microwaved. Disgusting and not edible. This is the Golden Chick on Interstate 20 and 1641 in Talty. Truly the worst ever. I did call for a manager but no one called back. Probably because no one but kids were running the place. Just think of the effort of cleaning this place!! It truly was disgusting. The Health Department. Needs to be called.
