GO2bank complaint: won’t allow me to access my funds on my account because they want a copy of my I’d and I don’t have one only expired. disabled as well

My complaint:

there holding my funds 190 dollers because there saying I need to send them a copy of my I’d and I don’t have a valid I’d only expired I’m disabled an amputee so it’s hard for me to get around and I need my money I didn’t need valid I’d to purchase there card and I want my money now
