My complaint:
I had tried to purchase a car part but got charged 2 times . Each time was $219. Another purchase for Cricket phone for $135 ..a total of 3 transactions worth over $350 dollars. They claim they claimed they refunded ONE $219 and when i ask WHERES THE 2ND REFUND? THEY REPEAT ABOUT ONE $219 REFUND.. BUT NEITHER REFUNDED EVER TOOK PLACE. THEN THE $135 CRICKET PURCHASE , THEY SAID THEY WOULD FORWARD IT THE MAIN OFFICE WHICH IS BULLSHIT. ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK..plus they charged me an over draft fee which they wont refund either
