My complaint:
Hi this has been going on for about almost 4 months already and not cool anymore i have call customer service and even chat online but they just keep lying this is how it start i create an account waited for my card to come within 7-10 business days and everything was fine i was working and then 8 days later a day after i got paid i got an email from go2bank talking about my account is temporary closed due to unusual activities so they’ll need proof identity so i was like ok log on took a picture of my id both side clear as day and then i click on upload and then while its loading 1 min later that shit said my account is now permanently locked and cannot be use the i text customer service and they said to have my company HR to ask for a refund and then they’ll issue out a paper check so i like ok took me good 2 weeks to finally get a hold of the company who pay us to request for a refund from go2bank and wow it took them 2 an a half months to finally send me an e-mail at first i was happy but then they told me that go2bank cant refund it because my account is closed so they just told me to keep bugging until i get a refund well thats helpful like i didnt try that already so here i go again chatting with them and they just say the same bullshit have the company that pay u request for a refund and they’ll issue a paper check so i got pissed and told them my hr already did ask but you wont give it cuz my account is closed so then started cussing at them and when i say i was gonna sue them motherfucka said well do what u want u still wont get ur money back and hung up on me and now everytime i try to call they don’t answer it ring twice and go silent so i guess they remember my so yep its been four month and still cant even get my money out i basically got rob by go2bank bank so please i help me i just want my money that i work for thats all.
Suggested solution:
Just send me a check or put it on my other bank account thats all im just asking
