My complaint:
Well I deposited 2000 dollars into my go2bank account on the 7th of December and made a purchase on the 10th of December and they locked my account and know I’m late on bills couldn’t give my son a birthday party now Christmas is coming up and they still have my money locked up. What gives them the right to keep my money from me and control how I use my money
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back and pay for my late fee on bills and give me money for the lost of my son's birthday and Christmas.
