My complaint:
Blocked my account over 30 days after verifying my identity And they keep denying my ID and documents then the customer service line makes a new review and it gets denied again for another reason then they sent another email saying they received the documents but still have not made a decision to unblock the account I have also done 3 way calls with other banks involved that deposited the funds into my account and they still not unblocking my account after doing all steps that they are requesting form me
Suggested solution:
They should unblock my account sense I've done what they asked plus more
