My complaint:

My car was broken into and my GO2bank card was one of the many stolen was used online for online betting in random accounts not affiliated with me , I filed a dispute and 90 days later go2 bank send me a letter addressed to my address and the letter says dear miss …. ( a name that wasn’t me, that alone is red flags) then further more they denied by despite and the reason was merchandise identifies no errors ….insane. It was used in accounts not in my name… that is the error. And no one cares to help get me my money that I had set up my direct deposit with.

Suggested solution:

They need to refund me my money as no where in those transactions I am an account holder , it’s used under several different made up fraudulent accounts of different people .
