My complaint:
I filed a dispute October 20th 2021 2021 I called about a week later to find the status of the dispute and they never even filed it so then it wasn’t filed till November 10th of 2021 and they still haven’t resolved it they still have no answers for me one tells me I have to send a letter 1 tells me I don’t the company sucks I’m getting an attorney to help me with this case
Suggested solution:
They should give me my money back I never made none of the transactions on the account and was my rent money rent money I'm very disappointed I'm very pissed off I'm very very mad
