My complaint:
I filed a dispute on the 29th of September. They told me 10 business days, I could get my provisional credit. On the 11th day, I called and they told me I had to wait until the 16th because there was a holiday in the first 10 business days. Monday came around and they told me it would be there in 24 hours, second day they told me it could be 48 hours. Here we are, on the third morning, and NO money. It’s the 18th and I’ve yet to pay my rent for the month of October. Help!!!
Suggested solution:
They need to put my provisional credit onto my account like promised. I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks and I have bills to pay!
