My complaint:
Absolute disgrace. The staff don’t know what they’re doing untrained don’t know how to use a tail overcharge shortchange you produce out of date all the time and the manager just told me it’s my problem because she could not use the till
Suggested solution:
You need to get somebody to train the people that run your business is good. It’s an absolute disgrace and a 52-year-old man that’s walked a mile to be told it’s my problem because she could not use a till and they also need to train their staff. I’m sure they’re all underage and selling alcohol to people.
