My complaint:
I bought 4 cans og guiness and a litre bottle of vodka but as soon as i got outside the bag split open due to the weight and smashed the vodka bottle the seal was still on the broken bottle but all the contents gone , mamager would not give me a refund or another bottle and it cost me £26
Suggested solution:
Due to the bag not being strong enough this was not my fault and they should refund my purchase
