My complaint:
I was met with 2 very rude employees this afternoon. Snow crab legs were advertised on sale, however there were none in the case. No one was at the seafood counter so another employee called over head. The person arrived at the seafood area and just looked at us with an angry face. We were not met with a hello, or can I help you or anything. Instead she had an attitude look on her face B/C she had to return to the seafood station. We asked her if she could bring out some crab legs. She proceeded into the freezer (in a slow matter of fact way ) and brought out a bag of crabs,threw them on the scale and then just threw them on the counter. She turned her back and walked away. The 2nd person was the store manage. I was trying to get clarification on the price of grapes. They were 1.88 /lb for green grapes. The problem was the bag of grapes said white. The worker in the fruit dept said they were the ones on sale. I tried several times to explain to the women that these were the only grapes in the store. She continued with her not so helpful attitude.Her words were I don’t know what you want me to do? i don’t know where the green grapes are. I again explained the problem with the wording of the color of the grapes. She again saidI cant help you and turned her head and ignored me while I attempted to explain the situation again. I was told by a worker in the fruit dept that she could fix it. Fix it??? she wouldn’t even listen to what I was saying. I know working with the public can be difficult. I am an ER nurse and understand that. Neither of them were willing to do the job they were hired for and added an extra of miserable with it. The store is about 7min from my house but will not go back to that store again. If there was any customer service education given they sure didn’t show it.!!. The incident took place her between 14:45 and again after I checked out at 15:12

There was no need to be rude. The store was not stocked and I needed help.I needed crab legs for a special event. A bag of crabs were rudely placed on the counter and the person walked away. I needed several more bags. the regular price was 14.99 and they were on sale for 6.99. getting them somewhere else was gonna cost approx 30$ more than what I would have paid. I work with the public and I can not believe how rude both of these employees were.
