My complaint:
I need to get the surviliance video tape or a copy of it because I received injuries while in the store. The next day, I asked the Manager did they have a surviliance video of the incidence that transpired and she said yes. I asked her could I see it, and she said no. I then left the store. I searched the internet about how to go about how to get a copy of the video and it gave me options that I could take. I received injuries on my left eye and eyebrow above my left eye, bottom right side of lip, and right hip. Two days later I received a lump between my elbow and wrist on the outer side. I have not been the same since this happened. I went to Urgent Care the next day after this happened. I have a doctor’s appointment on December 30, 2022.
I do not have any photos as proof.
Suggested solution:
Giant should provide me with a copy of the surveillance video tape.
