My complaint:
I feel as if employees who are working for Giant Food Store aren’t being treated fairly by their store manager(s) yet we are supposed to be nice and polite to the customers yet the store managers want us to respect them yet they don’t respect their employees. They harasses them about everything especially when there’s little help yet they expect you to do all by yourself and be stressed out
Suggested solution:
By evaluating the store managers as well as the employees


This above post is 100% accurate. Giant’s employees who are working in the Customer Service area and tend to the fellow employees who help the customers’ with their purchases are nasty and lack professionalism.
