Giant Food Stores complaint: Miss treatment from a manager

My complaint:

I called my manager to tell her I needed to call off for two days and immediately I was told “ you know you’re not doing very well“ and asked how many days I missed. I have only missed one day since I have started, and it was because my schedule was not posted yet so I did not know that I was supposed to be there that day. When I explained that I only missed one day I was told “i’m sure you’ve missed more than one day“ I have not. And I’m always on time when I come into work. I’ve been put onto carts more days than I’ve ever been on register when my main job as a Front end cashier. So I would think if they’re going to keep putting me on this job that I did not apply for that they would at least have a little respect instead of coming back saying I’m not doing well when I am and have been told that many times by other people. And I’m not going to put up with this mistreatment from this manager.

Suggested solution:

Deal with the manager. And not let their managers mistreat employees.
