My complaint:
I am here every Thursday and most times only one line is open for over 25 items. I saw Franny standing in customer service not doing anything. The least she could have done was called for backup as the line went 5 deep. The only person checking out people was Bill. He is very nice but feels the need to bag everything himself rather then let customers bag, which slows things down.
Suggested solution:
Have at least 2 lines open for big orders. Or one line with someone close ready to help if more than one in a line.
