My complaint:
I ordered a birthday cake for my granddaughter to be picked up on 44 at 9pm. I showed Alex in the bakery what i wanted. She assured me that they could do it and it would be no problem. What was there when I went to pick my cake up was nothing close to what I ordered. The cake was suppose to be an Oreo cookie sheet with cookie crumbs around the edge with a red frosting design. What I ended up with was plain white frosting, no decoration with eight cookies stuffed at different intervals. it was a disgrace, a child could of done a better job.
Suggested solution:
Since there was no employee in the bakery, and the manager on duty was not interested, I had to fix the problem myself. I found the style of cake i ordered in the bakery fridge case(not the right flavor, but close enough at that point). I had to purchase decorating icing in a can and write on the cake myself. I also had to purchase a second cake for my guest who don't like chocolate. the cake I ordered should have been half and half.
