My complaint:
I’ve had nothing but problems with the giant eagle pharmacy. they make up their own rules and laws. even when my doctor called them multiple times and my insurance is willing to fill it. This has happened to me and others. There’s really no point to complaing because corporate doesn’t care either. I’ve made complaints to corporate in the past and I never heard anything back from them.
Suggested solution:
Stop letting them override and dictate my doctor and insurance. They also talk about other customers while I'm in line waiting. Treat everyone the way you would want your family to be treated
