My complaint:

Pharmacy won’t fill Paxlovid for my covif and the pharmacy tech named Lorie or Laura was just awful and refused to help. She said I’d have to go to another pharmacy and so I asked how I transfer the prescription to another pharmacy and if they could help me find one that can fill it and she refused and said I’d have to do that and they don’t even have my prescription anymore. When I asked for her name she instead put me on hold. She never told me she was doing that. I have been using this pharmacy for 20 years and this is terrible customer service and an outrage.

Suggested solution:

Correct the behavior of pharmacy tech named Lorie or Laura at the Dover Ohio office. She is an awful person. The pharmastic got on the phone and told me Rite Aid and CVS can fill it and they can transfer my script. LORIE LIED because she is mean and sucks at her job and is lazy.
