My complaint:
In the last 2 months trash was picked up once. We have no other options for pickup. Our trash is overflowing and GFL isn’t picking it up. They pickup surrounding neighbors trash, but go right by ours. After several dozen calls and emails no collection. What made it worse is today a recovery truck came by and still did not pick up trash.
Suggested solution:
Pick up our trash and continue on a regular basis. I'm not paying til they do
