My complaint:
My trash is supposed to be picked up on Thursday, and for the past two weeks there has been an issue, for the past week I have had no service, after numerous calls all I get is we will get someone out there still a week later no trash pickup.This company doesn’t care all they want to do is bill you, but not do their job and they make sure that there is no one available to take any responsibilty for their lack of service
Suggested solution:
Do their job like it's my job to pay them for a service that's supposed to be provided
