My complaint:
The previous tenants used GGL services and left two large trash rubber bins. We are using their service and have tried to get GFL to pick up the bins. We’ve called for a few weeks with no answer on their phone. We’ve gone to their site in Fairburn GA and was promised it works be picked up. They didn’t! What’s wrong with this company that doesn’t answer their phone, don’t follow through on promises and refuses to take their own bins. This is a company I would not trust my business, money, with!
Suggested solution:
Pick up the two trash bins as soon as possible
