My complaint:
This company will not return calls and messages. I cancelled my service on 7/24/23, they picked up my can on 7/27. I was told on 7/24 that my service was cancelled and that I have my deposit coming back to me. Now they’re billing me for $63 for what, I don’t know because they don’t answer the phone. I’ve called a minimum of three times daily for the past three weeks.
Suggested solution:
I want correct billing. I should not owe anything because I cancelled well before the next billing cycle.
