My complaint:
I’m paying GFL Environmental Services extra to pick up my garbage from the side of my house. Every holiday they will bypass my house and pickup other homes servicing their account. I’m a 100% disable Vietnam Veteran and my wife is 100% also. We can’t drag the trash to the street because of our poor health. We have to go 2 and sometimes 3 weeks before our trash is serviced. I’m told the only thing they can do is send a text and send send a text and send a text. Calling GFL is like going in a circle. My garbage piles up and they told me they can’t pickup trash bags off the ground. Please, HELP ME with this problem!!!!!
