My complaint:
hi i work at getir and i have a manager at getir . i recently started working there . i’m not a healthy person . i get sick easily so i was sick last time but he forced me to come to work and also gave me last warning . he gave me work on my internship day’s . he doesn’t change my time table . he only removes my time table from week days . i can’t work till night coz my house owner has problem with me so i have to be on time at home but i manager just randomly makes my time table also threatens to give me second warning 🙏🏻 yesterday i was working 7 hours with wet clothes and today i got sick but my getir manager only sees work . he say’s come to work or else you will get a complain warning . i’m sick and because of him i have depression .
Suggested solution:
i just. want them to take care of the workers a little better . and i wanna gara give -10 stars to getir for it’s working environment.
