My complaint:
I ordered a delivery from them and I had received my order and one item was less which I contacted their customer service and also their live chat, and they are not giving me a refund for the missing item and said they cannot help or do anything as from there warehouse the item was scanned but which I don’t get is if they scanned all the items then where is my 3rd box of coke cans. This has left me very stressed as they are not helping me leaving me helpful I’m a vulnerable that struggle to go out anyway. And then this has happened which has left me feeling stressed as times are hard at the moment and they scammed me by stealing my drink and not delivering it to me. I hope this goes to the top. They had called me a liar
Suggested solution:
They should solved it straight away when I had contacted them. They ripped me off. Thief’s don’t order from these people they scam you by taking your money and keeping the items them selfs
