My complaint:
Store manager refused to sell me wine but I had valid ID. Claimed ID was fake. Had no real way to verify even though item and I’d was scanned and accepted. Racist and horrible manager. Needs reprimanded.
Suggested solution:
Reprimanded or terminate manager.
