My complaint:

Three different times I went three different experiences. Each experience progressively was worse than the prior it started with being charged for whipped cream caramel glazed and chocolate glaze. Got my coffee with none of the extras that I paid for. Was told they were out. No big deal but when I went back two days later and ordered food not we’re talking about it. $25 food order. There was nothing put on my chicken sandwich. I was shorted marinara which I was charged for. They did not ask or want to help. When I asked to resolve the issue third strike was when I went earlier yesterday and got black burnt bacon on my burger no cheese for my nachos and I won’t even start about the wait! When I finish this gift card that has $150 on it is gone. I will no longer be going to get go promise! 21
