My complaint:
I have a 2016 Silverado with 134,000 miles on it. Even though Ive never towed anything but my 17 foot fishing boat, my transmission went out. There obviously was a defect in the transmission itself, because it should have lasted well beyond the mileage it did. Does GM have any reimbursement policy for defective transmissions?
Suggested solution:
I would ecpect reimbursement for a high percentage of the cost of replacement.
