General Electric complaint: broken refrigerator since july

My complaint:

I have a refrigerator that is 2 years old. it stopped cooling. I called a repairman, and he ran a diagnostic check, and found it was a leak seal. the repairman looked at the G.E. manual and said this is covered under a 5-year warranty. so, I called G.E. they said it is covered under warranty will have someone come out to fix it. I said I have a repair man right hear who can fix it. they told me it has to be someone they send. so, they set me up an appointment which has been canceled twice now. the refrigerator stopped working early in July. it’s now September 7 and it’s still not fixed. G.E. should let me pick the repairman at this point or pay for me to have a new refrigerator. this issue could have been resolved in July. I will never by another G.E. product and it’s a shame. an American product built right here in Louisville Ky. also their so-called certified repair company can’t show up and they seem to get nothing but one-star reviews. bad appliances bad service shame on you General Electric.

Suggested solution:

should pay for me to have a new refrigerator.
