My complaint:

I’ve recently just got Geico Insurance the first time in January when I called on the phone they told me that they would honor the same contract that I had with State Farm which I had previously been with for three and a half years the whole time I’ve had my beautiful car Felicia she was a gift to myself whenever I got promoted at my job and I told myself I could buy myself a car that I always wanted looks like a 2010 Inferno orange and black Chevy Camaro lt with a rs package. the lady took my information and policy and I made the payment I’m thinking myself great I got the same coverage for the same price amazing right so here we are in February I had a car accident on the 21st of February that’s a Friday when I called they told me there was a problem I was like what the lady said oh no you don’t have full coverage and I was like I died I fell on the floor and I died I was like how could that be my car is financed and I’ve always had full coverage on Felicia I wouldn’t spend $30,000 on a sports car 2 and I have full coverage well needless to say Stephanie wasn’t in the manager she only works Monday through Friday 9 to 5 her manager wasn’t in they only work Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and none of their supervisors were in because everybody works 9 to 5 Monday through Friday so I told the lady that I wanted to talk to you a supervisor she told me that there were not any until Monday morning hey there I sat all weekend with my car ripped apart in the garage no way to get anywhere and missing work while everybody at Geico had a great weekend can I try to explain to the lady why would I make a payment on Friday whenever that is when I called and she told me that I did not have full coverage and there was no supervisors to speak to to handle my until Monday well my day comes and I’m waiting and I figured I get in there at 8 nobody I had to call them unbelievable right and I’m thinking I’m going to get this issue resolved it’s not as bad as I think and guess what the supervisor says just wait for this one she told me that not only do I not have liability but my insurance has lapsed and not covered for anyting I told her she was ridiculous and I was going to do whatever I could to vxr I was treated the way that I should have been because it was a technical error whenever I called in my policy was put into that computer by the person that I talked to somewhere in one of them goddamn call centers all over the United States that they couldn’t even track that’s right they couldn’t even not even a phone record or nothing to prove it I had messed up on the policy whenever I knew it was their fault so guess what today is March 20th almost a a month to the J of when they did this to me and left me stranded and dry without a car and $16,000 left on my Felicia that shattered in the garage that I can’t even drive and nobody will help me new update I if I didn’t have insurance how. How come I just got bill

Suggested solution:

They should really fix it because this is terrible that you could pay for something and be treated this way I hope everybody in America knows that this is no way for corporate greed in a giant 3D giant Geico to disclose people out of the way it was a tactical in short they are on their part and they won't even pay for it

4 years ago - Yeah you're absolutely right you should pay for it because you guys did a technical error when you were putting in my application and you have no proof of any phone calls or anything because you're lying

Contact an attorney and sue them, for negligence, and all damages. That’s what all insurance companies understand, and usually take care of it to avoid negative publicity.
