My complaint:
We went to the Geek Squad Saturday morning (Sorry, I did not get techs name) and asked to have myst do what is asked……… laptop corrected which for some reason lost all read email. The tech responded You can get it by going to the search field. I wanted it restored so it would remain on the screen. He was not at all interested in helping as he said Just search for it. I got frustrated and left! We now have a service contract that is useless. Do we say Good Bye to Best Buy and Geek Squad? The tech there should look for another job where he doesn’t interact with customers!
