My complaint:
I lost my previous sim card that I was using when I was in Turkey. (I created my account with that number). So I am able to log in to my account but I can’t withdraw any money to my bank account. I contacted with Gate.Io customer support and they asked me to provide some personal information in order them to do so but I can’t get response after that. When I searched for it in the internet I saw there are people who had the same issue. (They were also asked to provide same information then no response at all, which made me so angry and nervous as I could have the same situation.)
Suggested solution:
They must remove my 2FA sms verification as they mentioned in their e-mail.
