My complaint:
Like the other person posting on here, Gate IO allowed my funds to be transferred to an unauthorized wallet. With all the layers of security this never should have happened. $$2.5K gone in seconds after logging in. Browser history s I was on the Official site – verified IP. Not a phishing site, and I got the email verification codes from their legit support email upon login, as well as SMS login and google authenticator. The legit second I logged in, my funds were all sold to USD and transferred to an unknown wallet. Support has been garbage. They told me the same as Samuel – change your password. This is criminal and they need to take responsibility that their cite was hacked.
Suggested solution:
They need to put my funds back. This never should have been allowed to happen with all the security they boast about.
