My complaint:
Have opened a ticket with them on how to get my ID verified but still no response. I just want to withdraw all my bitcoin and close my account.
Suggested solution:
Ask why they won't respond back and to just have my bitcoin sent back to my bitcoin address. Also, to provide a reason why my ID was rejected.
