My complaint:
I Opened up an account on 10-16-2021 and purchased 44 shares of Sushi crypto currency. Subsequently, I cannot log in to my FTX account to view my holdings nor can I reset my password. They do not answer their secure messages nor due they send out a re-set your password link. I am in the process of reversing the $500 crypto transaction with the bank! They cannot be trusted!
Suggested solution:
Refund my $500 immediately to avoid further legal actions for theft by deception.
