My complaint:

Me n my husband been here for 2days trying to get to Houston Texas,to be in his brother wedding on 7/29/23,on 7/28/23,the young lady closed the door at 7:05,heard us knocking,she came back 10 minutes later,and wouldn’t let them know 2 more coming ,so she booked us for a flight for today at 7:45pm,then it was a Delayed for 2 hours,so we missed the wedding that we were in,I couldn’t do anything but cry,so much pain,the employee was rude, customer service terrible,,we need to be conversated for or pain n suffering and all the money we spent, waiting 2days to get there,,I went into depression sitting here, now it’s another delay til 10:45 what the hell,,,come on Frontier now,y’all need to do better,plus we have a rental car on hold…WE NEED TO BE CONVERSATED WITH OUR MONEY BACK AND GIVE US THIS FLIGHT FREE….MR.N MRS.JORDAN

Suggested solution:

Refund our money back and make this flight free for us,and give us a free flight to Las Vegas.... THANKS MR.MRS.JORDAN
