My complaint:

I have an account with freewallet.org, and it worked fine for over a year until 18th Jan 2025, when I deposited 63K USDT and then when I tried to withdraw some of it, I found out that the account was deactivated.

I contacted their customer support, and they told me they had deactivated it due to suspicious activity and I had to go through a KYC verification process to reactivate it again, which was fine for me in the beginning.

I opened a ticket (548505) and spent nearly two months answering all their demands. And on 3rd Mar 2025, I received a message from them ing that my ticket was resolved and so my verification process was complete, but it didn’t!

Since then and for until this day, they have been stalling and forcing me to enter an unended loop of requests and demands about my funds.

Suggested solution:

Reactivate my account NOW and let me have access to my funds, unless you do that you are not allowed to mark my complaint as resolved
