My complaint:
Hi,
I was using Freewallet for some small payment transaction. Last week I recevd a good payment from some one. Soon after that Freewallet blocked my out going transacations and asked for KYC details.
I have given KYC details ( My company incorporation, MOA, AOA, client invoice etc ) But they are keep saying the documents are not provided by Authorities. They dont mention whats wrong with docs, every time telling send original documents, that all the reply I am getting from their Support person Philip Support Manager.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve it by checking my documents properly
