My complaint:
These pies are lovely … once you get into them. They are really ridiculous to open. Can’t understand why they aren’t a ring pull. Each time we open a tin it takes about half an hour. We usually have to use a knife to saw the tin lid off which is dangerous. Today I hurt my wrist trying to open it by using so much force to get the lid off. Not a happy customer by any means. Please do something to make this easier to open.
Suggested solution:
Make the tin easier to open. A ring pull would be very handy.
