My complaint:
I am horrified and disgusted, I demand an immediate call back on 07767634137.
We are in our caravan on holiday and I cooked our favourite caravan meal which we have been having for many years,fray bentos steak and kidney pie, we all love the meal but especially our 9 year old daughter. We sat and were enjoying the meal when my daughter bent over her plate and spat the fork full of pie on her plate which was an audible thunk I said are you ok she said Dad I crunched something hard, I said it was probably a little bit of bine it happens sometime she pushed her plate away and said I don’t want anymore, I looked at the plate and there was a not from a bolt that had come out of the pie !!! To say I am furious is an understatement, if my daughter had broken a tooth it would have been bad enough, but imagine if she had swallowed it and choked !!! I am furious , disgusted and appalled that this has happened.
I demand a call back in the next 24 hours before I report this to the environmental health authorities and the media. I have kept the nut and also the pie tin and lid and have photos for proof.
