My complaint:
I recently bought four cans of steak and kidney pie but have been unable to open one of the tins in spite of going out to buy a new can opener. Two other tins have opened without problem so I can only guess that the tin in question is the problem.I feel aggrieved that not only have I spent over £5 on a new more robust can opener, but I also have one can of pie which I cannot fully open and so will be wasted.The numbers on the base of the can are as follows: BBE 032023,LO53T,12:11 FSKD

Refund cost of pie and cost of tin opener .
I agree just nearly took my hand off it’s horrendous just put a ring pull on it
Still waiting for a reply off customer service just answer people when they complain and face up to your wrong doings your tins are shocking
