My complaint:
this is not a food complaint because we love the pies. My problem is the opening of the tin. I used three different openers but just could not open the tin. My husband also tried but no luck. Managed to pierce the tin but nothing else. In the end we had to throw the pie away. i know this style of tin has been used for years (I have had problems in the past) but now we are elderly we would like the tin to open more easily.
Suggested solution:
change design of opening of the tin.
