My complaint:

I am writing this message regards my stay on 15.11.21 untill 16.11.21
There were a few problems during our stay that unfortunately ruined it , this was supposed to a relaxing spa stay and from the moment we entered our room we found flies dead flies smothering the window therefore we went to reception to report the problem although the ladies at the desk were helpful and changed our rooms , which we were grateful for we found our other room 209, the towels being left with stains on which we felt was unhygienic especially Covid times we just felt the hotel standards were not the best , as dust was on the lamps and when having a bottle of champagne sent to our room marks that looked like lip marks were on the glasses (please see pictures below )
When waiting in the restaurant we asked for a drink which resulted in a 30 minute wait , so we had to have our food without a drink
Also we were charged again for the drinks we had already paid for at the restaurant, so if we would not of noticed we would of been charged twice , again I must note the lady who we told at the reception was really helpful and sorted this problem , however this is not my main concern the main concern is the hygienic matters , such as dirty towels glasses , flies and dust , and errors in such times where hygiene is important , I have stayed in this hotel many of times and unfortunately this time was not a good experience, even the spa which I take responsibility for as we were late for our treatments we were told there is no space to book us in and we had to do a mud trematment ourselves which we never requested , we just feel we have been pushed to aside during our stay , and not had the best services ,
