My complaint:
I recently stayed at this hotel, it was appalling, the staff were miserable, the menu was all wrong when ordering food it was double in price when coming to pay, it was like being sat in a busy fast food outlet with no ambience, no romantic feel, this was after spending 182.00 for one night stay, the staff were complaining and discruntled about issues which they were not discreet about. Too much upselling, you should be proud of the food you serve instead off needing customers to add to make a meal satisfactory, I will not return and I give you the chance to rectify before I use trip advisor.
