My complaint:
Arrived at property after not being told pool was booking slots only with a child with severe autism had to wait around for a hour !! Then told to get out the pool after 45 minutes!! Stains all over the bedroom linen!! Went to see receptionist who was to busy talking on his mobile I just up and left !!!
Suggested solution:
Refund !!
