My complaint:

Waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for main food. Had to ask and was told it was being plated up. Arrived 15 minutes later. When food arrived the steak was cold, was sent back. Then came back with no chips, and had to ask again. The manager came and spoke to us, apologised and said all the food and drinks due to the wait and mistakes were complementary and therefore we would not be charged. Also as we were a package for the pure Bliss spa break. When checking out was asked if we had received the itemised bill under the door, which we had not. Had to explain again that the food was given to us for free and had to speak to the manager again to check this.

Positive point the spa treatments were lovely and staff were polite.
