Forever 21 complaint: Courier partner collected wrong return products

My complaint:

My order ID is F21298082 i had scheduled 3 return pick up for my Forever 21 product and i have given that return product to my security guy so that courier guy can collect from him but when courier guy came to collect that return products he have taken my other brand products from Veromoda and Only instead of taking Forever 21 and he haven’t checked and given the pick up slips as well and the original product of Forever 21 its still with me and its been more then 20 days now that i am complaining regarding this i have contacted Forever 21 and Delhivery Courier but no one have helped me yet and on 1st March 2021 i got a email saying that i have got the refund amount from Forever 21 but the products are still with me. i have requested this thing to customer care kindly send my other brand products back and pick up the original products from warehouse but no one is helping.

Suggested solution:

Forever 21 customer care can help me i have spoken to Anjum she said i will raise a complaint that other brand product will get back to you from Bangalore Warehouse but when she dont know. I am not getting proper feedback it was a courier guy mistake instead of checking he have taken wrong product and given the slips as well
